Please review these Terms of Service ("Terms") diligently. By accepting these Terms, you, or the entity you represent ("you"), enter into a legally binding agreement with Wedo AI, Inc., including its officers, directors, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Wedo AI," "we," or "us"). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and Affiliate Agreement, govern your access to and use of our platform, as well as all other interactions related to the platform with Wedo AI.If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not:

In instances where there is a discrepancy between these Terms of Service and any additional agreements referenced herein, these Terms of Service will take precedence.Wedo AI reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Such amendments become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after such posting signifies your agreement to the revised Terms.For legal assurance, if you are in doubt that your use of Wedo AI complies with these Terms and applicable law, you are advised to consult with a legal professional.1. Use of the Platform1.1 Age RestrictionsYou are required to be at least 18 years old to access and utilize Wedo AI. By agreeing to these terms, creating an account, or engaging with us, you affirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Individuals under 18 years old are prohibited from creating a customer account.If you are a parent or legal guardian allowing a minor, who is at least 13 years old but not yet 18, to establish a customer account or use Wedo AI, you must agree to the following conditions:

Supervise the minor’s usage of both Wedo AI and their account.Accept all risks and liabilities associated with the minor’s interaction with Wedo AI and their account.Verify that Wedo AI’s content is appropriate for the minor.Ensure the accuracy of all information the minor submits to us.Provide on behalf of the minor all necessary consents, representations, and warranties as stipulated in these terms.

1.2 Platform Account Ownership

Your access to and use of Wedo AI is dependent upon providing full, up-to-date, and accurate information at the time of account registration. Wedo AI is designed primarily for business purposes, i.e. for use related to an individual’s trade, craft, or profession.When you agree to these Terms, you become the registered owner of a Wedo AI account. However, if you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business entity, then the ownership of the account transfers to that business entity. Furthermore, by accepting these Terms on behalf of a business, you confirm and guarantee that you possess the legal authority to commit the business entity to these Terms.

1.3. Intended Use 

You and your customers are authorized to use Wedo AI solely as intended for legitimate purposes in accordance with these terms. You must ensure neither you nor your customers engage in any illegal activities or prohibited uses of our services. Additionally, you affirm and guarantee that:

You and your customers will sustain all necessary licenses, permissions, authorizations, consents, and permits needed to fulfill the obligations under these terms. You are entirely accountable for your actions and those of your employees, agents, and customers who use Wedo AI. You bear full responsibility for your customers’ utilization of Wedo AI.Neither you, your employees, agents, nor customers will misrepresent Wedo AI or its services. You will distribute these terms to your employees, agents, and customers, ensuring they understand and comply with them in their usage or access to Wedo AI. You possess or control all rights to the content you provide to Wedo AI, including any code used to customize the platform. You are solely responsible for the quality and integrity of all data and information used or provided through Wedo AI, including those submitted to us by or on your behalf. You, your employees, and your customers will cooperate reasonably with requests for information from law enforcement, regulators, or telecommunication providers.

1.4. Privacy 

By utilizing Wedo AI and submitting information on it, you consent to the processing of this information as detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. You acknowledge that Wedo AI is not liable for the loss or failure to store any data or content on the platform. It is your responsibility to enforce a Privacy Policy for your customers that offers protection equivalent to ours. You must obtain explicit consent from your customers, affirming their acceptance of your privacy policy. You declare and warrant that you have and will continue to provide adequate notice and have obtained necessary permissions and consents to share your customers’ data with us under these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.5. Login Credentials 

You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, authorized or not. You must immediately inform Wedo AI of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches. Wedo AI may disable your login credentials at any time, at its discretion, particularly if you breach these terms. Access to Wedo AI accounts is non-transferable, and you must take steps to prevent unauthorized access using your credentials.

1.6. Use of Communication Services 

Wedo AI may include communication features like SMS, MMS, email, and voice calls. You accept sole responsibility for all communications sent through these features, ensuring compliance with relevant laws such as the TCPA and the CAN-SPAM Act. You understand and will adhere to these laws. Wedo AI provides only the technology for these services and is not involved in the creation or delivery of communications, which are your responsibility. You control the message, timing, sending, fraud prevention, and call blocking. All communications, whether SMS, MMS, email, or otherwise, are created by and initiated by you and/or your customers, whether generated by you or sent automatically via Wedo AI at your direction.

1.7. Third Party Services 

Wedo AI may incorporate or provide access to third-party services. Wedo AI does not take responsibility for the accessibility and usability of these services. Should you pause or delete your account, you might not recover certain features and functionalities upon reactivation. If you pause your account for over 30 days while Wedo AI is still incurring costs on your behalf, we reserve the right to release or delete parts of your account without liability. For example, this includes the costs of securing and reserving a particular phone number. We are also not liable for outages or downtime caused by third-party services.

1.8. Third Party Content 

Third-party content accessed through Wedo AI is used at your own risk. Such content does not reflect our views, and we make no endorsements or warranties regarding it. Wedo AI assumes no liability, obligation, or responsibility for third-party content. You are responsible for ensuring your interactions with third-party content comply with these terms and applicable laws.

1.9. Customizations 

You may personalize aspects of your individual access area of Wedo AI with your branding elements (name, logo, trademark). You are solely responsible for managing the intellectual property aspects of such customizations. You recognize that certain customizations may not be possible. Wedo AI reserves the right to remove modifications without notice.

1.10. Excessive Use Restrictions Access to Wedo AI is provided on a tiered pricing basis. If your data usage negatively impacts the Platform or exceeds the capabilities of your current tier, we may require you to upgrade your service, suspend your account, or restrict your data usage.

1.11. Platform Updates Wedo AI may update their software at any time, and these updates may change how the Platform previously operated. Your use of the platform does not depend on the provision of any specific features or services. This includes third-party services provided through the platform.

1.12. International Use If you are located in an embargoed country or are a sanctioned person or entity, you are prohibited from using Wedo AI. The availability and appropriateness of the platform's content outside the United States are not guaranteed. Access from other jurisdictions is at your risk and must comply with local laws, including tax laws. Offers related to our SaaS Service are void where prohibited by law.

2. Prohibited UsesThe use of the Wedo AI in the following manners is prohibited:

•Operating Wedo AI in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

•Using Wedo AI to exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm individuals in any manner.

•Sending, receiving, uploading, downloading, using, or reusing materials that do not adhere to these terms.

•Transmitting, or facilitating the transmission of, unlawful advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or similar solicitations.

•Impersonating Wedo AI, its employees, other users, or any other person or entity, including using email addresses associated with any of the aforementioned parties.

•Engaging in activities that restrict or inhibit anyone's use or enjoyment of Wedo AI.

•Conducting oneself in a manner that could harm platform users or Wedo AI, or pose a liability risk, as determined by Wedo AI.Using Wedo AI in a way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through the platform.

•Employing robots, spiders, or other automatic devices, processes, or means for accessing Wedo AI for any purpose, including monitoring or copying material from the platform.Utilizing manual processes to monitor or copy any material on Wedo AI for unauthorized purposes without the prior written consent of Wedo AI.

•Using any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper functioning of Wedo AI.Introducing viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

•Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of Wedo AI, the server on which Wedo AI is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the platform.Launching a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack against Wedo AI.

•Attempting to interfere with the proper working of Wedo AI.

•Engaging in any of these prohibited activities constitutes a material breach of these terms, for which Wedo AI may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the platform.

3. Payment

3.1. Fees

Your access to and use of Wedo AI requires the timely payment of all applicable fees. Fees are subject to change. All fees are exclusive of communication surcharges, which you are obligated to pay. Communication surcharges will be itemized separately on your invoice. All fees and surcharges are non-refundable and will be billed to your credit card on file. Subscription fees are billed in advance. You are required to provide accurate and complete billing information (name, address, credit card information) and update us within ten days of any changes.

3.2. Non-Cancellable Fees

Certain service subscriptions may include a non-cancellable minimum commitment period. Fees for these subscriptions will be charged continuously until the commitment period is completed.

3.3. No Mark-Ups

You are prohibited from marking up or increasing any fees charged by Wedo AI that you pass through to your customers or third parties. You are solely responsible for all associated pass-through fees and related costs, including refunds and chargebacks. Wedo AI is not responsible for resolving any disputes between you and your customers concerning these fees.

3.4. Taxes

You are solely responsible for all taxes and governmental assessments associated with your use of the platform, including transactions with your customers. Wedo AI may collect taxes as required by law or as deemed appropriate. Wedo AI's decisions regarding tax collection are final. You agree to indemnify Wedo AI against any claims related to taxes arising from your activities on the platform. Taxes are non-refundable.

3.5. Overdue Amounts

If your credit card declines payment or refuses to pay the amount owed, we may suspend or terminate your access to the platform and services. You will be required to pay any overdue amounts by other means acceptable to us. Should legal action be necessary to collect due balances, you will reimburse us for all related expenses, including attorney fees.

3.6. Payment Disputes

You must notify us in writing within 60 days of billing if you wish to dispute any charges. You must pay all invoiced amounts during the dispute resolution process, or you waive your right to dispute those charges. You must act reasonably and cooperate fully with us to resolve the dispute. All decisions by Wedo AI regarding payment disputes are final.

3.7. No Refunds or Credits

Except as specified herein, all fees paid to Wedo AI are non-refundable. You bear the cost of any excess fees resulting from errors or omissions by you or third parties. Wedo AI does not issue refunds or credits for such errors or for partially used or unused subscriptions. Wedo AI reserves the right to grant or deny refunds or credits at its sole discretion.

3.8. Cancellations

You are responsible for canceling any services associated with your account. You will incur charges until you properly cancel the services. No refunds will be provided for failures to cancel services properly

3.9. Your Responsibility for Financial Transactions

You are solely responsible for all financial transactions conducted through the platform or its services by you and your customers, including all chargebacks, regardless of the reason.

4. Affiliate Program

Wedo AI provides an Affiliate Program that allows customers to earn commissions by referring new accounts to Wedo AI. Your eligibility to participate in the Affiliate Program is contingent upon receiving approval from Wedo AI and your agreement to the Affiliate Agreement, which is accessible here and incorporated into this document by reference. To earn and receive commissions, you must link a payment account to your Wedo AI account. Commissions may be forfeited if Wedo AI cannot transfer payments to your payment account for any reason.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Platform Content 

The platform and all associated content are owned by Wedo AI or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This does not include user contributions as detailed below. Wedo AI grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to access and use the platform content while you use the platform. This license is solely to enable you to use and enjoy the benefits of the services provided by Wedo AI. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of platform content is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Wedo AI.

5.2. Wedo AI Marks 

The trademarks and service marks of Wedo AI may not be used without our prior written permission. This includes any usage not associated with services provided by Wedo AI, or in any way that could cause confusion or discredit Wedo AI. You must not remove or obscure any trademark or proprietary notices of Wedo AI or any third party contained in the platform, including, without limitation, attribution information, credits, and copyright notices that have been placed on or near the platform or platform content. Other products or company names mentioned on the platform may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners. Third-party websites may feature Wedo AI marks, with or without authorization, and such usage of Wedo AI marks does not constitute or imply any approval, sponsorship, or endorsement by Wedo AI.

5.3. User Contributions 

User contributions are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing user contributions, you grant Wedo AI and its associates a perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and disclose to third parties any such contributions. You also allow Wedo AI to use your user contributions for enhancing the platform, developing new services, and refining our business strategies. Wedo AI is not liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any user contributions nor for any failure to remove inappropriate user contributions. We reserve the right to remove any contributions that breach these terms at our discretion. By subscribing to Wedo AI you warrant that: - you own or control all rights in and to the user contributions and have the right to grant the license granted above,- all your user contributions comply with these terms,- you understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for the legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness of your user contribution.

5.4. Prohibited User Contributions 

You are prohibited from posting any user contributions on the platform that are illegal, abusive, invasive of privacy, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable. This includes content that - infringes any intellectual property rights or breaches security measures on the platform.  - victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates individuals or groups of individuals based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, disability, or otherwise,- infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary or intellectual property right of any party- breaches the security of, compromises, or otherwise allows access to secured, protected, or inaccessible areas of the platform, or attempts to gain access to other networks or servers via your platform account.

5.5. Feedback 

Any feedback you provide regarding the platform is non-confidential and voluntary. Wedo AI has no obligations regarding such feedback and may use it freely. You grant Wedo AI an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your feedback in any way without any obligation to compensate you. You represent that the feedback is your original work, you have all necessary rights to disclose the feedback to Wedo AI, and neither your disclosure of the feedback nor Wedo AI's review and/or use of the feedback will infringe upon the rights of any other individual or entity. If your feedback is the subject of a pending patent or has been issued, you must disclose that fact to Wedo AI.

5.6. Feedback Waiver 

You irrevocably waive any claims against Wedo AI related to the use of your feedback. You agree to defend and indemnify Wedo AI against any claims or liabilities arising from our use of your feedback, at your own cost.

5.7. Copyright: Digital Millennium Copyright Act 

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed on the platform, you should inform us via email and postal mail as outlined below. We comply with the DMCA and will take appropriate actions to address any alleged or actual infringement.

A statement of good faith belief in the misuse of the material and a declaration under penalty of perjury that your information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner must also be included.Counter-Notice: If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you may submit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed content, a statement of good faith belief that the removal was a mistake, and your contact details. Upon receipt, we may restore the content unless we receive notice that a legal action has been filed against you.If a counter-notice is received by our copyright agent, we will send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party, informing that person that Wedo AI may repost the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member or user, the removed content may be reposted, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion. We may, at our sole discretion, limit access to the platform and/or terminate the account of any user who infringes any intellectual property rights of others.

6. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the platform at your discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such use. Wedo AI is not liable for the deletion or failure to store any information or content maintained or transmitted through the Platform.Furthermore, we do not guarantee that: (a) the platform will meet your requirements, (b) the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (c) the results obtained from using the platform will be effective, accurate, or reliable, or (d) the quality of any services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Platform will meet your expectations or be free from mistakes, errors, or defects.The internet and telecommunications networks are not secure by nature. As such, Wedo AI is not responsible for any alterations, interceptions, or loss of your data while it is transmitted over the internet or through telecommunications networks.Wedo AI provides no warranty for transactions conducted through third parties or third-party services associated with the platform, and all such transactions are done at your own risk. Any warranties provided in connection with any third-party services or content accessed through the platform are solely provided by the respective third parties.We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform, including any of its services or features, at any time with or without notice to you, and we will not be liable for any such modification or discontinuation. Changes may include, but are not limited to, adjustments in pricing and the introduction of new services, either free or fee-based. All new features that augment or enhance the current services on this platform will also be subject to these terms of service.The applicability of the above disclaimers may vary based on the laws of your state or jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Mitigation

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Your sole remedy and our maximum liability for any claims arising from these terms and your use of the platform or services will be limited to the amount you paid us for services purchased via the platform during the three months preceding the event that gave rise to the liability. Wedo AI will not be liable for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability. This includes damages arising from the use of the platform or any third-party services, or any website linked to the platform. We also disclaim any liability for third-party services or disruptions, third-party claims about our services, or transactions with third parties conducted through the platform. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. Check the laws of your jurisdiction.

7.2 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wedo AI from all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, fees, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and investigation costs) arising from or related to your use of the platform. This includes claims related to (a) our use of information you, your employees, agents, or customers provide; (b) any breach of these terms by you or your associates; (c) wrongful use or possession of Wedo AI property by you or your associates; (d) any negligent or willful misconduct by you or your associates; (e) any misrepresentations by you or your associates; (f) any legal violations by you or your associates; (g) actions taken by you or your associates; (h) your handling of consents for sending SMS, MMS, email, or other communications; (i) tax-related issues; (j) disputes involving you and other users, clients, or customers.

7.3 Mitigation

If it is determined that the platform infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, we may, at our discretion: (a) secure the rights for you to continue using the platform; (b) modify or replace the platform, in whole or in part, to make it non-infringing; or (c) require you to cease using the platform immediately.

8. Limitation on Time to File Claims 

Any legal claim or action arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform must be initiated within three (3) months after the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim, irrespective of when the cause of action was discovered or should have been discovered. Failure to initiate a claim within this timeframe will result in the permanent barring of the claim.

9. Injunctive Relief 

You acknowledge that a violation of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to Wedo AI, for which monetary damages would be insufficient. Therefore, Wedo AI is entitled to seek equitable relief, such as an injunction, in addition to any other remedies available under the law or as specified in these Terms, without the requirement to post a bond or other security.

10. Waiver and Severability 

Any failure by Wedo AI to enforce a specific term or condition of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition. A waiver by Wedo AI of any term or condition in these Terms does not imply a waiver of any other term or condition, and any such waiver shall not be considered a continuing waiver. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of the Terms continues in full force and effect.

11. Change of Control 

Wedo AI reserves the right to assign its obligations and rights under these Terms at any time without prior notice to you. Conversely, you may not assign your rights under these Terms without the express written consent of Wedo AI, which may be withheld at its sole discretion.

12. Entire Agreement 

These Terms, including any amendments and additional agreements you may enter into with Wedo AI in connection with the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wedo AI regarding the platform. They supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral. These Terms cannot be modified or altered except by a written document signed by an authorized representative of Wedo AI. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any separate agreement you enter into with Wedo AI, the terms of the separate agreement shall prevail.

13. Term and Termination

These Terms will remain effective as long as you maintain a platform account. Certain provisions are intended to survive the termination of your account and will remain in effect even after you cease to be a platform user.

13.1 Grounds for Termination

Wedo AI may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the platform or any part thereof at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This may occur without any liability to you or any third party for any resulting claims, damages, costs, or losses. Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your access and could lead to you being reported to the appropriate authorities. Wedo AI also reserves the right to delete any accounts that have been inactive for at least one (1) year.

13.2 No Right to Services

Upon Termination Upon termination, regardless of the reasons, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Wedo AI is not liable for any claims for damages arising from the termination or suspension of your account or any other actions related to your access to the platform.

13.3 How to Terminate or Make Adjustments

If you wish to terminate your access to the platform or make any adjustments, Wedo AI requires written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date.

13.4 No Termination by Third Party Users

If your access to the platform was provided by a party other than Wedo AI, Wedo AI has limited ability to directly manage subscriptions not purchased directly from us. Users who wish to terminate their access under these circumstances should contact the party that originally provided them with access.

13.5 Force Majeure

Wedo AI shall be excused from liability for non-delivery or delay in delivery of products and services available through the platform arising from any event beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, labor disturbances, wars, fires, accidents, adverse weather, inability to secure transportation, governmental acts or regulations, and other similar or dissimilar causes beyond our control.

14. Applicable Law, Binding Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

Please review this section carefully as it involves your agreement to arbitrate disputes individually and limits how you can seek relief from us.These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or related to them will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.Any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms shall be settled exclusively through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. This arbitration clause is subject to the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration proceedings will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada. Any decision rendered in arbitration may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.All disputes must be arbitrated or litigated on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. Claims cannot be brought as a class or on behalf of any other person or group of people.

15. Communications and Contact Information

All communications must be in writing and sent via email. Notices to Wedo AI should be directed to [email protected]. We will send notices to you at the email address provided at registration or to any updated address in our records. Notices become effective upon receipt.Wedo AI may use the contact information you provide to communicate with you about these Terms or for other informational purposes. If you wish to stop receiving communications from Wedo AI, you may opt out by using the “unsubscribe link” in our emails or by contacting us directly.When you set up a platform account, you must specify a primary email address for receiving electronic communications related to these Terms. Please note that Wedo AI will never request sensitive information such as account numbers, usernames, or passwords via email. 16. Definitions

16.1. "Communication Surcharges" refers to any applicable fees or surcharges from communications services or telecommunication providers related to your use of the platform.

16.2. "Feedback" denotes any suggestions you provide to Wedo AI for improvements, enhancements, new features or products, or other ideas relevant to the platform or Wedo AI’s operations.

16.3. "Fees" encompasses all charges associated with the Platform, including monthly subscription fees and any additional fees for optional services that you elect to purchase.

16.4. "Wedo AI Marks" signifies the names, logos, and service marks associated with Wedo AI.

16.8. "Platform Account" represents the account you establish to access and utilize the Platform.

16.9. "Platform Content" encompasses all content accessible on the platform, such as text, graphics, videos, logos, music, and images. This does not include user contributions.

16.10. "Prohibited Conduct" identifies the behaviors detailed in Section 3 of these Terms.

16.11. "Services" refers to a range of product integrations and services available through the platform, which may include offerings from third parties.

16.12. "Sub-Account" denotes a subscription associated with a particular business under a main platform account.

16.13. "Third Party Content" includes content, promotions, or offers from third parties, as well as links to external third-party websites that may be accessible through the platform.

16.14. "Third Party Services" refers to services or offerings provided by third-party vendors that are available through the platform.

16.15. "Training" encompasses any educational content, usage suggestions, or information provided by Wedo AI regarding the platform.

16.16. "User Contributions" includes any content or materials you post, upload, publish, display, or transmit on the platform or directly to Wedo AI.17.17. "You" or "you" and any derivatives thereof refer to the individual or the business entity represented by the individual who has agreed to these Terms. This also includes any agents, employees, or third parties authorized to act on behalf of the individual or business entity.
